Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and LeadFlow Automation ("LeadFlow Automation," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website (leadflowsi.com), our chat widget, or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our services
LeadFlow Automation provides marketing and business-automation services for local service businesses, which may include website design and hosting, Google Business Profile setup and management, social media content and posting, review management, customer relationship management tools, and "Penny," an AI receptionist that answers calls and messages and can book appointments. Specific features depend on the package you select. We may update or improve the services over time.
Text messaging terms
By opting in through the chat widget on this website, you agree to receive promotional and marketing text messages from the LeadFlow Automation messaging program, operated by LeadFlow Automation.

- Consent: Messages are sent only after you provide express written consent by selecting the separate, optional marketing checkbox in the chat widget and providing your mobile number.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No guarantee of results
Our services are marketing services. While we work to help your business get found, get leads, and get booked, we do not and cannot promise or guarantee any particular result — including search engine rankings or positions, traffic, call volume, lead counts, bookings, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, and your own operations.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
- Make sure you have the right to use any content, photos, logos, or materials you provide to us.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including telemarketing and text messaging laws for messages you send through the platform.
- Respond to approval requests (such as social posts) in a timely manner so scheduled work can proceed.
Fees and cancellation
Package pricing, setup fees, and billing terms are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Except where a specific written offer states otherwise, services are provided month to month and you may cancel as described in your package terms. Fees already paid for work performed are not refundable except as expressly stated in a written offer.
Intellectual property
This website and its content (other than materials you provide) belong to LeadFlow Automation or its licensors. As described in our package terms, you own your domain name, your business profiles, and the content you supply; deliverables created for you are licensed or transferred as stated in your package terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadFlow Automation's total liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and in no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
